EXPERIENCE

I have personally represented hundreds of clients in Civil, Family, Bankruptcy, Immigration & other cases. But my legal experience isn't limited to just practicing law. As a mediator, I have assisted many parties in resolving their differences outside of court. And I've gained an additional perspective from working on the other side of the bench as both a magistrate and a hearing officer.

KNOWLEDGE

My membership in the Florida Bar began back in 1995. Since then, I have been separately admitted to practice in several federal court districts. The Florida Supreme Court has also certified me to mediate Family and Civil cases throughout the state. I've continued to learn by completing hundreds of hours of continuing education credits for both lawyers and mediators.

RESULTS

I've been involved in over 200 trials and countless hearings, mediations and depositions. In many cases favorable outcomes have been obtained by doing three things: understanding the goals of my clients, communicating clearly and paying close attention to the details. The range of clients that I've been able to help includes individuals, businesses and governmental agencies.
